Welcome to FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield offering Stroller Strides classes to the Middlesex/Union County area as well as new classes for mommas coming soon! Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.

Enrollment of your child into our FIT4MOM Birthday Club
MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS-All FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: https://metuchen-westfield.fit4mom.com/ and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-metuchen-westfield.pike13.com/ directly.. All FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.
CLASS PASS PAYMENTS
We accept debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards for passes. Cash will only be accepted for drop ins or class pass purchases- Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Please note ten packs need to be used within a three month time span.
STAY INFORMED
Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield programming is through email. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email kristinaveit@fit4mom.com for all business matters, we cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms
CREDITS/REFUNDS
There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.
STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES
Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class.
PRICING/POLICY CHANGES
Pricing and policies are subject to change. Founding Moms are subject to no price change for at least two years.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on our website https://metuchen-westfield.fit4mom.com/ and through social media . Feel free to call or text us at 856-340-0992 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.
**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: We require ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least TWO HOURS before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time. A late cancellation fee of $15 may apply if a client enrolls for a class and is a "no show" in the system. If a client does not pre enroll for a class and the class is not showing as 'canceled' on our calendar, that client may still attend class so long as they still pre enroll in pike13 (some classes may have waitlists).

**Equipment for classes: Resistance Band of 8 pounds or more for Stroller Strides & Body Well workouts, Sponge Balls for our Stroller Barre workouts. We will occasionally place bulk orders for equipment, keep posted on our private Active Client Forum for details.
2023 Holiday Calendar
We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:
Independence Day, July 4th
Thanksgiving Day, November 23nd
Day after Thanksgiving, November 24rd
Christmas Eve, December 24th
Christmas Day, December 25th
New Year’s Eve, December 31st
Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM Metuchen-Westfield is a sponsor or has an official race team. Our offices will be closed December 23-January 2 to allow our Team to spend quality time with their families.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
