Strides 360

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! This is a bootcamp-type class that will get your cardio up while also working on conditioning and strength, agility, and quickness!
This will be a virtual class for Saturdays in December, from 7:30-8:30 am. Once you sign up, you will get a link to the virtual class!
